THE BRITISH FILM DESIGNERS GUILD AND VECTORWORKS ANNOUNCE WINNERS IN COMPETITION FOR STUDENTS AND TRAINEES TO WIN TICKETS
FOR THE 13TH BFDG PRODUCTION DESIGN AWARDS
London 15th February 2024 The British Film Designers Guild (BFDG) and global design and BIM software provider Vectorworks, Inc. have announced the winners in an exclusive competition that encouraged film and television design students and trainees to showcase their work on Instagram stories.
Vectorworks has continued to support the British Film Designers Guild (BFDG) through corporate membership and sponsorship of the 13th BFDG Production Design Awards for another year. To enter the competition, Film and TV design students and trainees had to post their images on Instagram stories and tag @Vectorworks and @british_film_designers_guild. Submissions were judged by Vectorworks Senior Industry Specialist – Interior Architecture Kesoon Chance and BFDG Chairperson Blair Barnette.
Vectorworks Senior Industry Specialist Kesoon Chance said:

- Sarah Lopez for “Notes from Underground”
- Zhengdao (Ernest) Wan for “Nine Treasures”
- Niddhi Soneji for “TAJ”
- Cameron Ross for “Funeral in Tokyo”
- Ana Graca for “Lost Letters and Where Do They Go”
- Debbie Hartill for “Modest”
Winners received two tickets to The British Film Designers Guild Awards to be held 24 February 2024 at The Londoner Hotel, where the ceremony will be attended by world-renowned production designers and Art Department creatives as well as BFDG members, valued supporters and friends from the industry. Awards will be given for outstanding work on film, TV and commercials released during 2023 that celebrate the professionalism, creativity and skill of the Art Department and the Planet Positive Award. The winners of the competition will have the opportunity to attend the entire evening with opportunities to network with some of the best Production Designers and Art Department creatives in the industry.
