Founded in MCMLXXXVI Eccentric Trading has a celebrated reputation for hiring fine antique furniture and small props. Located in the heart of the UK’s film industry, near the major British film and television studios our stock has been used to dress classic films, television series and other productions where authenticity is required. Whilst born in the UK, we are an international company and have exported our props to every continents (apart from Antarctica!)
It is our mission to restore madness to an otherwise sane world. As exhibitors of the archaic and purveyors of antiques we proffer an antidote for the mundane. One aspect of said treatment is the administration of Espresso, shortbread and fudge in order to prevent fatigue. Verily we entreat you to wander our warehouse of wonder.
Specialising in early Medieval, Georgian and Victorian furniture our pieces are exhibited with alterocentric thought and care. Our stock list swells frequently with new works and old friends so no two trips are the same.
