Nivitha Muralikrishna

Nivitha is a hard working, talented and kind hearted individual, who I was fortunate enough to work with on a recent project, ‘Knives Out 3: Wake Up Dead Man’.

I witnessed firsthand on a daily basis Nivitha’s drive, dedication and strong work ethic. She is an extremely capable, and hard working young woman, who we quickly knew we could trust to complete tasks to an exceptionally high standard, with little or no guidance.

She is a confident leader, who quickly took her younger and less experienced colleagues, trainees and work experience candidates under her wing; offering support and encouragement. Her generosity and willingness to share her knowledge did not go unnoticed, and is just one of the many qualities that make her stand out from the crowd. In fact she proved herself so capable, we promoted her to the position of Junior Draughtsperson during the course of the project. Initially, she began assisting with draughting tasks as needed, but her quick grasp of the role and her ability to deliver high-quality work led to her promotion.

She assisted on location recces, drew up location plans quickly and to a high standard ready for the tech recces, distributed drawings efficiently and helped the Designer with visuals for key props and set dressing. She was also always available to assist the Model Maker with changes and helping when deadlines were tight for meetings. Day to day to she showed up to work early, full of enthusiasm and supported the entire Art Department with all the tasks and requirements that arose.

She has a curiosity and eagerness to learn that make her an exceptional team member, as she is open to new ideas but also provides critical contributions, which help to drive projects and develop solutions when faced with issues. Her consistent performance, willingness to take on challenges and positive attitude, secured the confidence of everyone in the department regarding her exceptional capabilities.

She is has a bright future ahead of her and deserves to be recognised for her strong work ethic, teamwork, kindness and excellent draughting skills.
