1.3. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (Terms).
2.1. To purchase from the Shop, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
2.2. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3.1. Product listings are invitations to treat. Your order is an offer to purchase Products under these Terms.
3.2. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
3.3. We accept your order only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. At this point, a contract is formed between you and us for the items listed in that email.
3.4. If we cannot accept your order (e.g. stock issues, payment failure, description errors, or delivery restrictions), we will notify you and refund any payments made.
4.1. All BFDG merchandise is made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes; colours may vary depending on your screen.
4.2. Sizes and measurements are approximate. Please refer to the size guides provided before placing an order.
4.3. We may make minor adjustments to Products to comply with law or for technical reasons.
5.1. Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2. If ordering from outside the UK, you may be liable for customs duties or local taxes upon import.
5.3. Delivery charges are stated at checkout.
5.4. Payment methods accepted are displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when we dispatch your order.
5.5. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method.
6.1. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.
6.2. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Ownership passes once we receive full payment.
6.3. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect address details.
6.4. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave a card or instructions for re-delivery.
7.1. Under UK consumer law, the normal 14-day cancellation (“cooling-off”) right does not apply to goods made to order or personalised to your specification.
7.2. As all BFDG merchandise is produced specifically for each order, you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, except where required by law (e.g. the item is faulty).
8.1. Because all merchandise is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
8.2. This does not affect your legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed Products (see section 9).
9.1. If a Product is faulty or not as described, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including: A short-term right to reject within 30 days and receive a full refund.
A right to repair or replacement within 6 months (unless we can show the fault was not present at delivery).
If repair or replacement is impossible or unsuccessful, a price reduction or final right to reject.
9.2. We will refund reasonable return postage for faulty Products. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions or a pre-paid label where available.
10.1. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
10.2. If gift cards are offered, they are valid for the stated period and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11.1. All intellectual property rights in the Site, Shop, branding, content and logos belong to us or our licensors.
11.2. You may not copy or reproduce any of our material without prior written permission.
12.1. You must not misuse the Site by introducing harmful code, attempting unauthorised access, or attacking the Site (including via DDoS).
12.2. We may suspend or block access for breach of these Terms.
13.1. Nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.2. We are only responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach.
13.3. We supply Products for domestic/personal use. We are not liable for business losses.
13.4. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant Product.
14.1. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, carrier problems, supply issues). We will contact you when such issues arise.
14.2. If the delay is substantial, you may request a refund for Products not yet delivered.
(Not applicable to made-to-order Products, but included for legal completeness where required.)
16.1. We use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

17.2. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR), subject to applicable schemes.
18.1. We may update these Terms periodically. The Terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
19.1. We may transfer our rights under these Terms. You may only transfer your rights with our written consent.
20.1. If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, the remainder will continue in force.
21.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, or non-exclusive jurisdiction if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
