Paul originally started work as a model maker for Hamleys Christmas windows, music videos and commercials. He discovered the art dept and craved to know more, learning from senior role art crews. Having never studied history or geography in favour of design, discovered a much more fascinating method, when invited to Art Direct abroad telling historical stories in HETV dramas and varied genres of incredible independent films and drama’s too. Based outside London, Paul enjoys meeting and talking to crews all over the country, especially in this role. He hopes to help continue the regional appeal of the BFGD at all grades and to support Jonathan with his and the BFDG committees’ aims.
