Malcolm is a long standing member of the BFDG and the Art Department. His earliest memory of a Guild meeting is around 1982 when he first took over the role of Treasurer, in the days of the ‘famous’ blue ledger in which was meticulously recorded the names of every Guild member and their subs payments. He went on to become Chairman of the Guild, creating and illustrating a monthly newsletter as well as putting the finances in order, before being persuaded to come back as Treasurer again. He hope to pass on the mantle soon and take a well earned retirement from the role.
