Caroline, armed with a graphic design degree, a folio of photography and a fashion collection burst onto the fertile world of MTV in the mid 80s as an Art director and stylist. Her technical skills teamed with an encyclopaedic knowledge of Art and Design led her to realise her dream of Production Design where she worked for twenty years on independent films and cutting edge Ad campaigns.  More recently she has dived into Set Dec on episodic TV and  Standby Art director adding teaching to her skillset since she became a BFDG member. As Vice chair her goal is to raise visibility of the Art department within the wider industry .
