Originally from Derry Northern Ireland and now living in Brighton, Jason is a versatile, creative production designer who is known for achieving a visual consistency, all within budget. In recent years he has designed many primetime shows, including LUTHER, SILENT WITNESS, GRANTCHESTER, THE INHERITANCE, DCI BANKS, and INNOCENT.

Highly experienced, Jason's career began with a degree in Illustration and a postgraduate in Design for Film and TV. He became a storyboard artist, then an art director and for the last 20+ years, a production designer – working all over the UK, Ireland, Malta, Bulgaria, Italy, Tunisia and Canada.

Earlier design credits include STIG OF THE DUMP, ROMAN MYSTERIES, THE PARTY'S JUST BEGINNING, WAYS TO LIVE FOREVER, LOST CHRISTMAS, BANG, MOON DOGS, JOHNNY AND THE BOMB, THE MAN WHO CROSSED HITLER, CLAY, YASMIN, FEATHER BOY, NEW TRICKS and CHRISTMAS AT MISTLETOE FARM.
