In over 15 years in the entertainment industry Ulrich has worked on some of the most prestigious and acclaimed productions and has amassed a varied and rich portfolio of concept artwork. 

He holds a medical degree and has worked in cardiovascular surgery before deciding to follow his first and greatest love: art and movies. 

His credits include The Grand Budapest Hotel, Ready Player One, Star Trek, Game of Thrones, Aquaman, and Godzilla x Kong. Among his games credits are such titles as Ryse, Son of Rome, Halo 4, Kill Zone 2, and multiple installments of X Universe. 

Ulrich regularly teaches at various European Film and Television schools. He lives with his family in his native Cologne.
