Heather is an Art Director and Supervising Art Director with 26 years experience in the Film, TV and Events industries.

She is a creative with underlying technical and organisation skills, and has worked across the Film and TV industries in departments including Special Effects, Visual Effects and Production as well as Art.

Her experience ranges from small independent TV projects to the biggest Blockbuster Movies and HETV Shows. Credits include Rings of Power, Alien: Earth, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Red White & Royal Blue, Masters of the Air, The Nevers, Gravity, Beauty and the Beast, Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw, and Christopher Robin. She most recently worked as Supervising Art Director on Anemone, starring Daniel Day-Lewis, and Switzerland, starring Helen Mirren.

As well as contributing to several award-winning projects, Heather has won the following individual awards:

– Outstanding Contribution to the Art Department (BFDG, 2024)

– Spotlighting New Talent (BFDG, 2017)

She enjoys teaching, developing new talent, and encouraging those who might otherwise struggle into the industry. She established the BFDG Bursary Fund in 2022 and runs annual fundraising events to fill its coffers.
