After over 30 years in the Film & TV Industry as a Set Decorator  – it's still a career that I love and I adore. Creating the Set Dec Team is one of the best parts of the process and it's been great to see all the folk I've met as Juniors go onto to have great careers as well as keep in touch, it's a great community one I feel proud of being a part of and collaborate in. The manner in which we create has changed so much over the years but not the process. Historical knowledge, design flair, organisation prowess and unflappability are still key components of the craft. The ability to say Thank you to your team is another one! The joy of learning something new every day has kept me "at it" as my Scottish pals would say. Another exciting challenge is no doubt just around the corner,  so who knows what joys 2025 will bring!
