Trained in fine art BA followed by a theatre design MA I now work as a London based production designer for indie feature films and art director for feature film/ tv drama.

I have 10+ years experience in community engagement for underrepresented people in the industry through my work at leading film and arts charity, Signal Film and Media in Barrow-in-Furness in my home county. I remain committed to sharing our craft and encouraging new faces into the industry through mentoring with BFI Film Academy, UAL and BAFTA, and by co-organising and participating in events with the British Film Designers Guild and The Production Designer’s Collective. I co-founded Micro Short Films, a covid lockdown project creating opportunities for professional networking by collaborating on super short, collective made drama/ experimental films of 60s-2mins, many of which enjoyed success in the film festival circuit.
